Grinding Notes: You will want to grind Cacao Nibs with the Stainless Steel Burrs because it will gum up the Stone Heads, requiring you to scrub them clean with water and a scrub brush. Cacao Nibs will come out as a paste when first ground but will dry in 2 minutes to chalky chunks that dissolve easily in liquid. We even used the ground Cacao Nibs to make homemade chocolate.
